Joining a series is a positive commitment to yourself to create a weekly well-being sanctuary in a friendly, regular community. A healthy weekly routine gives us regular space come home to ourselves, which is much-needed in busy city life. 

The style will be slow, deep, mindful yoga with long, releasing stretches and practices to cultivate presence.

You’ll feel supported to start each week with a clear mind & eased body
