Gentle, beginner-friendly Yoga. The style is based on Vinyasa; movement connected in a meditative flow, with space and time to breathe easily. Steadily paced and explained clearly. All levels welcome.
Slow Flow Yoga + Meditation
8:00 - 9:15pm
Gentle, flowing Yoga to relax and open the body before moving into guided meditation. Enjoy deep rest for both body and mind... A great introduction into meditation or a deepening of your practice. No previous experience is necessary.
VINYASA Flow Yoga
6:15 - 7:30pm
An energetic, active class, perfect for Yogis with some experience. Uplifting, Vinyasa-style sequences of movement connected with the flowing rhythm of your breath... Culminating in a long, deep relaxation and calming meditation.
Yin Yoga brings balance to a busy lifestyle with long-held, passive floor poses held for several minutes. The calming soundtracks, candlelit space and gentle guidance are there to support your experience of presence and deep rest.
8:15 - 9:15am
One hour of uplifting, active Yoga to get you on the right track for your day ahead. All levels welcome.
We close the door when class starts - so please arrive a few minutes early to settle in!
Our team regularly offer private, individual sessions as well as company classes. You can hire our studio or we’ll come to you. Personal sessions are a great way to enjoy just the right kind of practice for you - where and when you want it.
