Deepen into Yoga: Autumn Series

Commit to a grounding weekly practice in community this Autumn

Saturdays (11:00 – 12:30): Oct 2 – Nov 6

A 6-week studio series of yoga & meditation for all the positive benefits of a regular practice in a beautiful space

All the transitions and unpredictability of the past year have impacted our nervous systems and emotional wellbeing. We’ve felt separated from each other and ourselves. What we need now are stability, healthy routines & uplifting community.

  • Are you struggling to commit to a consistent, regular yoga practice (and feeling like classes here and there aren’t really serving you)?

  • Would you benefit from having a dedicated weekly time for yoga?

This Autumn series is designed to give you grounding, nourishment, self-connection and joy. You'll have a dedicated weekly time and space to deepen your yoga practice while being part of a group.

Sādhana is the Sankrit term for a dedicated practice –  and it is truly regularity that brings the rich, positive benefits of yoga.

What style of yoga is it?

Each Saturday will offer a complete practice of ‘Flow & Restore’ Yoga - a well-balanced blend of active vinyasa to shift and brighten our energy, followed by restful deep stretches, guided relaxation and meditation. You’ll move into each weekend feeling refreshed, rested and lighter.

By the end of the 6-week series you will have a deeper sense of connection to yourself and trust in your own path, along with all the gifts that come from commitment.

My passion has always been the deeper wisdom of the yoga tradition, and this is what I love to share in my classes. Right now it feels more vital than ever to know that we’re part of a wider whole, as yoga teaches us, and to remember that we have tools to access peace within.

‘Each class is pure nourishment for mind, body & soul’ - Anna

Plus, it's a great time to visit our new Shala! This cozy, intimate, candle-lit space is the perfect, welcoming place to come home to yourself and your practice every week.

FAQs:

Q. Can I drop in to single classes without joining all 6?

A.-Maybe! Places will first be given to those who join the whole series to develop a healthy, regular community, however if spaces are available at short notice you’ll be able to book them online as drop-in sessions.

Q - What if I miss a class?
A -  That's fine. Your space will always be held for you. We know life can get busy and no practice is ever perfect, which is why this series includes bonus digital classes should you wish to catch up on a missed class or simply deepen into your practice at home. It is a series rather than a 'course', so you won't need to catch up on any content should you ever miss a class.

Q. Saturdays don’t work for me. Can I join as a series on Monday evenings instead?
A. Yes! Email me (below) to check availability

Q. Do I need experience in yoga or meditation?
A. No, I'll guide everything you need to know in our sessions. You're always welcome just as you are.

Q. Do I need to bring a mat?
A. We have mats at the studio, and to stay Covid-safe we ask you to either bring your own mat or a full-length towel to cover a studio mat.

Q. Do I need to get a test on the day?
A. You need to follow the usual 'GGG' rule (arrive tested / fully vaccinated / proven recovered)

Q. What if I have other questions?

A. Contact me any time at: info@yogainenglish.berlin
