YOGA FOR DEEP RELAXATION

March 11 - April 29

8 Weeks
with Anya
Mondays, 19:30 - 20:45
In-person & Online

This special series will carry us from Winter into Spring together, both in a small in-person group & streamed online.

Joining a series is a positive commitment to yourself to create a weekly well-being sanctuary in a friendly, regular community. A healthy weekly routine gives us regular space come home to ourselves, which is much-needed in busy city life.

The style will be slow, mindful yoga with long, deep stretches and mindfulness practices that cultivate presence. This weekly group practice will support you to start each week with a clear mind & eased body

A weekly space to come home to yourself, ease tension, exhale fully & let go…

In-person: 120 euro (near Richardplatz / S&U Neukölln) WAITING LIST
Online: 65 euro DROP-IN 10 euro - write to sign up

I continually return to Anya as a teacher

She is able to distill and communicate the simple essence of Yoga & guide students to presence with skill, ease & kindness. I cannot recommend studying with her enough

Thank you, thank you, thank you
— Leah

I really admire the work you do & appreciate your approach to teaching. It is very approachable & relatable.

I also really like how you encourage having a chat & a laugh. I think spirituality can have this cold / negative connotation to it - but your classes always feel very human, which is lovely.
— Paul

Can’t make this time? Or maybe you prefer a more active yoga style?
Our video library is available with many many recordings of our classes as well as shorter flows and fresh new meditations so you can practice with me any time

I love that you always teach with mindfulness threaded through

I appreciate how much space you offer during your classes. It is up to me, listening to my body. If I want to stay longer or change a pose, I feel absolutely no pressure or sense of ‘’I should“
