As the famous Berlin winter begins to loosen its grip, there’s a natural movement towards opening, energising & expansion.

Spring is the season of renewal — a time to slowly emerge from our shells, be together again and cultivate fresh energy.

Welcome to Spring Flow & Restore — an 8-week in-person yoga and meditation series designed to support you with a grounding weekly practice through this vibrant season of renewal.

I like how one of my students says: ‘‘each class is like a mini retreat’’. This is exactly my intention; to create a grounding weekly space to re-charge, awaken fresh energy, rest all of our exhausting role-playing for a while and return home to centre. To meet the world again after each class with renewed energy.

This series is for anyone who longs to reconnect with their body, gently awaken inner vibrance and rest into the supportive, shared space of a regular group of friendly faces.

Why join a series?

A dedicated weekly time and space gives the gift of consistency. It is calming to know that we have a weekly space to breath and re-centre, no matter what life throws up. Each week your place is held in a calming space - you just need to arrive.

A consistent practice is a stable, grounding anchor amidst the movement and changes of life. Plus, the benefits of yoga truly shine with regularity (known as ‘sādhana’ in Sanskrit).

Signing up in advance is making a healthy, positive commitment to yourself and your well-being moving into the coming season.

What style of yoga is it?

The style will be a blend of gentle flow and restful yoga to both awaken the energy and re-charge as we move through Spring.

With mindful, breath-conscious movement and meditative awareness, we’ll welcome vitality, expansion and inner quiet to feel more alive, more like ourselves, more here.

Yoga is traditionally more about awareness than the body alone; we use movement as a powerful tool, yet see that ultimately the practice goes much deeper - towards an experience of inner awareness in all of its luminosity — clear, bright and alive.

RECORDINGS

If I’m able to stream it, alongside the studio classes you’ll receive recordings so you can keep a regular practice in case you need to miss one and, if you’d like, to repeat it for extra practice at home.
