The world can feel so loud, distracting and restless. Our community and practice are (for me at least) essential anchors into well-being, calm and sanity. Often the hardest part about meditation is sitting down to do it. Practise together with us! It’s free & open to everyone, whether or not you’ve had classes with me before We’ll say hi, check in with each other & I’ll guide a grounding meditation to connect with ourselves & each other, clearing mind-space for the week ahead
