We need meditation now more than ever. But where to start? This course is designed to give you a comprehensive yet accessible doorway into positive mental wellbeing through meditation & yogic everyday wisdom.
Meditation can shift us from distraction, restlessness and overthinking into a state of greater objectivity, grounding and ease.
In the busy whirlwind of our thoughts it’s easy to forget that we can influence our minds.
And yet, this course is not only about meditation. It will enhance mental and emotional wellbeing in all aspects of life.
Our thoughts have an immediate effect on how we feel. This directly impacts how we function and act – at work, in relationships, our decision-making, our sleep quality… these teachings therefore support and benefit all areas of our waking lives.
This course will provide you with key aspects of meditation & wellbeing – why we practice, which tools to use & how to access calm in daily life.
We’ll discover how to:
Get comfortable with feelings for more emotional stability
Regulate overthinking for a calmer mind
Uncover habitual thought patterns for a friendlier inner landscape
Access self-acceptance for more ease in work and relationships
Recognise negative thought spirals for empowerment to make life changes
Clear space in the mind for a lighter, more simple experience of everyday life

Essential wisdom to understand the background and practicalities of meditation in manageable sections, including positive wellbeing habits for daily life. Sent each week.6 x weekly audio guided meditations for each theme to use at your own pace
3 x online sessions to practise live together as a group & discuss your questions
A course handbook with inspiring teachings, quotes & materials to keep
All video resources active for 9 months for flexible access to suit your schedule

* No prior experience is necessary - beginners & meditators are all welcome
ONLINE LIVE MEDITATIONS
In these sessions we’ll come together in real time to practise and reflect. We’ll re-cap the key teachings together, follow a guided practice and have time for your questions, insights and personal experiences that may be arising.
These sessions are intended for those of you who like to stay accountable and on track with the guidance of a teacher and the support of group connection. If you prefer the route of purely self-study it’s fine to skip them.
The online sessions are optional - it’s ok if you can’t make them. You’ll have everything you need from the course videos.
